2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Giovanni Museum: (Limit of 2 Bottles per Mixed Case)
 | Tasting Notes: The 2005 Cabernet has a rich full palate of sweet berry fruits, cassis and integrated vanillin oak. This elegant wine still has a great deal of backbone and is very much the classic Cabernet Sauvignon. As the wine has not been over filtered it has thrown a light crust so is best not shaken around before pouring. We recommend that all red wines are best decanted regardless of age and whether or not sediment is present. Food Suggestions: Red meat, game & fermented cheeses

"An elegant style of cabernet in which the fine tannins harmonise well with the clearly defined varietal fruit. This is a very true-to-region wine. Excellent Value."
