2009 Sauvignon Blanc Swallow Hill

Nose: The 2009 Swallow Hill is bright and lifted showing aromas of citrus blossom and tropical fruit. Behind these initial aromas is the typical herbaceousness so often seen in Sauvignon Blanc.
Palate: The palate for this wine has surprisingly powerful flavours of tropical fruit and lime. There is some lovely texture to the palate from short term lees maturation. Enjoy this wine in it's youth to fully appreciate the lively fruit aomatics and flavours.
