Our Wines

The Sinclair wines are mainly made in the classical styles. One exception is the Sinclair Rose of Glenoran. This wine was blended to accompany Asian fusion style food and popular seafood dishes such as chilli mussels. Because the wine can be served chilled it is also an ideal drink for the Australian summer. We like to differentiate our wines rather than have them made to a recipe. After all it's better to have distinctive wines with personality! We are sure that you will enjoy our wines.

2005 Cabernet Merlot Jezebel RESERVE $22.00 / bottle

The Jezebel is not named for a real person or place! The name personifies the wine...seductive, a beautiful body and good to hang onto. The grapes were harvested from two sites on the steep red gravel slopes of the Sinclair vineyard in the cool climate Manjimup region.

The 'painted lady' is in a new guise with this vintage. The wine is more refined but still lusciously full flavoured blend with great persistence of flavour. The blend is 76% Cabernet Sauvignon with a generous dollop of Merlot (24%) to provide the feminine softness. Jezebel is highly awarded and has great reviews.
